HI! I’M THE SOUL OF SAMY.

I am a yoga teacher, and my mission is to help you achieve holistic health and mindful living. Growing up surrounded by spirituality, I started practicing yoga regularly in 2020. In 2023, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, followed by a 100-hour Yin yoga teacher training in 2024. Additionally, I hold a holistic health certification for women.

My passion for healing the body and living a mindful, healthy life was ignited through working with various specialists in holistic health and Ayurveda. Today, I offer personalized coaching, immersive women’s circles, and transformative workshops, all designed to help you embrace authenticity and femininity while achieving balance, peace, and happiness.
